En Santiago, A Coruña, Vigo, Orense y Lugo las trabajadoras se movilizan contra los horarios impuestos por INDITEX

Las empleadas desplegaron pancartas denunciando la vulneración de sus derechos laborales frente a las tiendas de Zara, Bershka e Stradivarius, todas pertenecientes al gigante textil. 

Trabajadoras del grupo textil Inditex se concentraron este viernes a las puertas de varios establecimientos de A Coruña, Vigo, Ourense, Lugo y Santiago para rechazar la modificación de horarios impuesta por la dirección.

La medida, que ya fue denunciada por la CIG delante de la Inspección de Trabajo, afecta también al personal con concreción horaria para el cuidado de niños, lo que imposibilita la conciliación de la vida laboral y familiar.

las movilizaciones tuvieron lugar entre las 12 y las 12:30 horas, delante de tiendas de Zara, Bershka e Stradivarius, donde las empleadas desplegaron pancartas denunciando la vulneración de os sus derechos laborales y gritaron consignas contra la decisión de la empresa de modificar a su jornada de trabajo.

Fue la primera de las acciones que forman parte de la campaña de protestas convocada por la CIG después de que la compañía se negase a retirar la medida  y que tendrá continuidade en los próximos días.

Sin constancia por escrito

La secretaria nacional de la CIG-Servizos, Transi Fernández, que participó en la concentración de Vigo, explicó que a pesar de que ya se celebraron varias reuniones con la empresa el cambio de horarios continúa, ya que la dirección se niega a dar marcha atrás en su decisión.

A representante de la CIG recordó que Inditex modificó el día 18, de manera unilateral y de un día para otro, los horarios del personal de tiendas en todo el Estado, decisión que incluyó también a las trabajadoras que tienen reducción de jornada por cuidado de hijos.

«Lo hizo», destaca Fernández, «sin especificar cuanto tiempo iba a durar la medida y cuidándose mucho de no dejar constancia por escrito para dificultar que las afectadas puedan reclamar«.

En consecuencia, el personal del grupo propiedad de Amancio Ortega «queda sin días libres, límite de tardes y librada de fin de semana, y  ni si quiera podrán gozar en muchos casos del descanso semanal mínimo que establece la ley».
