Inditex afronta una huelga en su principal centro de distribución de Oysho

La huelga llama a la puerta de Inditex. La multinacional textil, con cuatro centros logísticos en Cataluña, ha recibido la comunicación de una convocatoria de huelga, el próximo lunes, 22 de febrero, en el centro de distribución de Tordera. Los trabajadores de Oysho, la marca encargada de la fabricación y venta de ropa interior y de baño, demandan así mejoras salariales, así como su equiparación con el resto de plataformas logísticas del gigante textil en Cataluña.

Un total de 140 trabajadores del centro logístico barcelonés de Tordera están llamados a la huelga el próximo lunes, en demanda de mejoras laborales y de un convenio único para los cuatro centros logísticos que Inditex mantiene en la comunidad autónoma catalana, confirmó a diarioabierto.es el responsable de Comisiones Obreras (CCOO) en Inditex Víctor Garrido.

Según Garrido, la dirección de Inditex se niega a equiparar los derechos de los 140 trabajadores de Oysho en Tordera con los otros tres centros logísticos de la multinacional posee en tierras catalanas a fin de distribuir mercancía de Bershka, Massimo Dutti y Stradivarius.

La mayor parte del personal convocado a la huelga pertenece al colectivo de mozos de almacén, aunque también se incluye a otro personal, como los técnicos y el personal administrativo adscrito a la central de Oysho en el municipio barcelonés.

Según CCOO, el centro de Tordera es la “oveja negra de Inditex”, con una peor dotación de medios técnicos y peores condiciones salariales y de trabajo que los citados centros logísticos catalanes.

“Cobran los salarios más bajos de todos los centros de distribución”, afirman desde CCOO, que confían en una rectificación de la dirección de Inditex, una vez convocada la huelga del próximo lunes.

Así sucedió en 2019, cuando, tras convocar una huelga en el centro de distribución de Stradivarius, esta no se llegó a celebrar al acceder la dirección a igualar las condiciones de trabajo del centro de distribución de Manresa, con las del resto de plataformas catalanas.

Además, el comité de empresa exige a la empresa que “devuelva” las llamadas “resaltas”, una modalidad salarial retirada por la dirección, sostienen desde CCOO, lo que ha provocado pérdidas económicas “en la mayoría del personal”, afirman.

CCOO también acusa a la dirección de intentar convertir la parte variable del salario en pluses cuyo cobro estaría supeditado al cumplimientos de ciertos objetivos “que unilateralmente fijará la dirección”, reprochan.

La plantilla de Tordera está convocada a una asamblea mañana miércoles donde el comité de empresa detallará los siguientes pasos a seguir, concluyen.
