Coronavirus: Las medidas de INDITEX que no leerás en prensa

Indignación del personal de almacenes de Inditex obligado a trabajar

Al corazón de Inditex, en Arteixo, continúan llegando trabajadores. La multinacional de Amancio Ortega decidió la semana pasada aplicar de manera generalizada el teletrabajo para aquellos empleados que pudieran realizar sus tareas desde casa. La medida provocó que cientos de trabajadores de oficina saliesen de la sede central del grupo, pero no así en el área de logística.

En el almacén coruñés de Zara, según fuentes sindicales, están trabajando entre 1.000 y 1.200 operarios, con los protocolos básicos de prevención que, por las características de sus labores, “son difíciles de cumplir”. Desde antes incluso de que el grupo que preside Pablo Isla decidiera cerrar todos sus establecimientos en España, los sindicatos pidieron que se decretara también el cierre de la plataforma logística. Solicitaron una reunión urgente con la dirección, pero Inditex la rechazó y los emplazó al próximo lunes.

PRÁCTICAS DE RIESGO”

“Están forzando prácticas de riesgo, como subir a varios trabajadores a los camiones. Y, a la vez, la carga de trabajo es mucho más baja debido al cierre de las tiendas. Como no hay trabajo se forman corrillos entre los trabajadores, los que también supone un riesgo”, explican fuentes del sindicato CIG.

Todos los almacenes de Inditex en España se mantienen abiertos. La cadena de suministro de la multinacional está pensada para que todas las prendas pasen por territorio español y se distribuyan a nivel global por los establecimientos o, directamente, a los domicilios de los clientes si así lo eligen en la compra online. Con la clausura de las tiendas, se mantiene la tienda online y los establecimientos de otros países como carga de trabajo, que según fuentes sindicales es “bajísima”.

UNIDAD ENTRE LOS SINDICATOS

Hay unidad en la petición de los sindicatos. “Nosotros trabajamos codo a codo con compañeros y compañeras, comemos juntos y por muchas medidas que se hayan tomado…. La dirección del centro va a comer a solas cuando la plantilla se ha ido o los jefes de almacén y de área se han cambiado de zona de trabajo para no estar juntos, pero para nosotros ha habido poco cambio. Sin valorar las donaciones de Amancio Ortega a la sanidad pública, ¿por qué no aplica el mismo sentido para proteger a sus empleados por los cuales él puede hacer esas donaciones? Pero nos tiene a las logísticas trabajando y a las tiendas cerradas. Inditex sigue haciendo diferencia entre su propia plantilla”, escribía en su cuenta de Facebook el sindicato CCOO en Meco, el almacén logístico de Zara en Madrid.

Este sábado, la dirección ha mantenido videoconferencias con algunos de los centros logísticos para informar de que, por el momento, mantendrían su actividad, si bien la política a seguir se revisará diariamente. Las medidas que tome Pedro Sánchez tras decretar el estado de alarma y reunir a su consejo de ministros serán clave para la decisión de la multinacional sobre los pasos a seguir a partir de ahora.
